harbor_extensions on Harbor datapoint and Agent Runtime
Agent Runtime renames harbor_extensions to agent_options; the old name is still accepted as a deprecated alias, so no client change is required. The Harbor datapoint surface keeps harbor_extensions.
Catalog enforcement modes: strict | warn | off (Harbor path)

Harbor (compatibility)

Older Harbor paths, still supported for existing callers. `/v1` returns TerminalBench-shaped fields, and paths without a version resolve to `/v1`. Same operations as Harbor otherwise — prefer `/v2` when you can choose.
